A Passion That Sparked a Career
NPK Talents & Events is the brainchild of Benjamin Beutels, whose lifelong love for music and culture laid the foundation for a career in the heart of the entertainment industry.
At just 18, Benjamin used his birthday money to organize a nightlife event at Café Capital, featuring local legends Partyharders and Sound of Stereo. The sold-out night became a turning point—leading him to study Music Management at PXL Music, where he gained both theoretical grounding and hands-on experience.
During his studies, he joined Superspectacular Agency (RIP) where he launched the FADED label, tapping into a new wave of hip hop talent. After graduating, he transitioned into artist management at Rockoco, where he represented acts like The Black Heart Rebellion, Newmoon, Fulco, and Teen Creeps—honing his skills in tour logistics, strategic planning, and artist development.
From MCLX to NPK: A Legacy of Live Experiences
In 2016, Benjamin launched MCLX, a concert promotion company dedicated to punk, hardcore, metal, and hip hop—niche genres that deserved the spotlight. MCLX grew into a national tastemaker, producing shows for artists like IDLES, Turnstile, Denzel Curry, Kim Petras, Only The Poets, Joost, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, and Flatbush Zombies, to name a few.
By 2020, the company had become a significant force in the Belgian live scene, prompting Benjamin to focus on its growth full-time. In 2024, after eight impactful years, he closed MCLX to make space for a broader creative mission: NPK Talents & Events.
NPK isn’t just a continuation—it’s an evolution. Along the way, Benjamin also launched Samhain, a growing extreme metal festival that sold out its 2024 edition five months in advance, and took the helm as Artistic Director of Muziekdroom, a key cultural venue under Pukkelpop’s wing.
Today, NPK Talents & Events merges years of experience across artist booking, project management, technical production, and event innovation. From brand activations to festival stages, Benjamin and the NPK team are committed to building events that resonate—with precision, passion, and purpose.
